Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Road Realignment in Taupo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Taupo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares the stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 52078, shall be incorporated in renewable lease RLF 1020 recorded in register-book No. 5C/107 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Peter Henry Hughson of Tokoroa, farmer and June Moana Hughson, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 482994.3 and H. 333855, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a service lane and shall vest in The Waihi Borough Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1989, No. 2.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
