A Right of Way Easement in Gross Acquired for a State Primary School in Rodney County
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement in gross containing the rights and powers set forth in clause 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the agreements dated the 4th day of May 1988 between the Crown and Peter John Whiting, diamond merchant and Robert Ashley Dallimore, company director, both of Auckland, and Alan Leslie Munro, systems manager and Annkathrin Hingeberg Pedersen, manageress, both of Auckland, copies of which may be perused at the office of the Department of Lands at Auckland and identified by No. 23/397/0, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of May 1989.

Acquiring an Interest in Land for Irrigation Purposes in the Bay of Islands County
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey water containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the agreement dated the 24th day of February 1989, between the Crown and Jonathan Mark D’Arcy, medical practitioner of Kerikeri, a copy of which may be perused at the office of the Department of Lands at Auckland and identified by No. 25/30/49, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto, for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of May 1989.
