Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Parts of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (community building) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
