Tapu-Coroglen Road: from No. 25 State Highway (Waitakaruru-Waihi via Coromandel) to a point 800 metres easterly, generally, of the summit which is at the point where the south-western boundary of Section 6, Block XII, Hastings S.D. meets the Tapu-Coroglen Road.

Situated at Coromandel:

The Coromandel-Whitianga Road also named Road 309: from No. 25 State Highway (Waitakaruru-Waihi via Coromandel) easterly, generally, to the public road, i.e., the quarry access road.

Situated at Whangamata:

Harry Watt Drive: from No. 25 State Highway (Waitakaruru-Waihi via Coromandel) to the Moana-anu-anu causeway.

Moana-anu-anu Causeway:

Hetherington Road: from the Moana-anu-anu causeway to Martyn Road.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Services Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the Qantas Airways Ltd. International Air Services Licence to permit the airline to operate services over the route Australia to Auckland, and beyond to Los Angeles optionally via Honolulu.

This amendment will take effect on 19 May 1989.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Services Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the Continental Airlines International Air Services Licence to permit the airline to operate its licensed frequency of 10 return services per week over the two existing routes and a new route San Francisco-Los Angeles-Honolulu-Sydney-Auckland.

This amendment will take effect on 3 June 1989.
