Declaration of the Dissolution of a Society

I, Michael Joseph O'Brien, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that N.Z. Nurses' Association Incorporated Greymouth Branch HK 238333 is no longer carrying on operations and that the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Notice of Order to Wind Up Building Society and Appointment of Special Managers

An order to wind up Prudential Building and Investment Society of Canterbury, was made by the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, 10 April 1989.

Messrs Anthony George Lewis and Stephen John Tubbs, were appointed special managers of Prudential Building and Investment Society of Canterbury, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1955, by the High Court in Christchurch on Monday, 10 April 1989.

All inquiries regarding this matter should be made directly to the special manager, care of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, 208 Oxford Terrace (P.O. Box 13-244), Christchurch.
