Notice of Appointment of Receiver

The Bank of New Zealand, a registered bank having its head office at Wellington, being the holder of a debenture bearing date the 3rd day of June 1981, hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of March 1989 it appointed Gary Kenneth Urwin and Jack Peter Poutsma, both chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of all the property of Hokianga Contracting Ltd., under the powers contained in the said debenture.

The office of the receivers is at the offices of Howarth & Howarth, Chartered Accountants, Seventh Floor, Air New Zealand House, Queen Street, Auckland.

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., pursuant to debentures in its favour from the companies referred to in the Schedule below and bearing the dates referred to in the Schedule, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Messrs Roland Stutz and Roy James Cowley, jointly as receivers and managers of the property of the companies on the 5th day of April 1989, under the powers contained in the said debenture.

The offices of the receivers are care of Messrs Touche Ross & Co., Chartered Accountants, Investment Centre, corner Featherston and Ballance Streets (P.O. Box 2691), Wellington.
