Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

23.6589 hectares, more or less, being Section 14, situated in Block VIII, Waipahi Survey District. All C.L. 362/3. S.O. Plan 8774.

Reservation of Land and Naming of Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as an historic reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Earnscleugh Dredge Tailings Historic Reserve.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Goodson Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the Director of Land and Fauna of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the lands, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves over the said lands as specified in the respective descriptions of the said lands.

5.8340 hectares, more or less, being section 2, S.O. Plan 17789, (formerly part Reserve 252), situated in Block XVI, Grey Survey District. Local purpose (gravel) reserve by Canterbury Gazette, 1862, page 110.

4775 square metres, more or less, being Reserve 4350, situated in Block II, Rangiora Survey District. Site for county buildings, by New Zealand Gazette, 1935, page 2950. Subject to irrigation notice, under section 25, Public Works Amendment Act 1975. All certificate of title 6D/537. S.O. Plan 6776.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Raglan County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna for the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Raglan County Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for roadmans cottages of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
