ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVAL VOLUNTEER RESERVE

The appointment of Surgeon Commander Donald Urquhart-Hay, M.B., Ch.B., F.R.C.S., F.R.A.C.S., is terminated with effect from 26 May 1984.

Lieutenant Commander Richard MacDonald Henshaw is placed on the Retired List of the RNZNVR with effect from 31 December 1988.

Lieutenant Commander Brian Wayne Chambers, RNZN, is appointed to the RNZNVR in his present rank, with seniority from 1 January 1988 and effect from 1 January 1989; terminating on 28 May 1995.
