Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

IFC Securities Ltd. (in receivership), pursuant to a debenture in favour of Pacific Venture Capital Ltd., bearing the date the 10th day of March 1986, assigned by deed dated the 26th day of September 1986, in favour of IFC Securities Ltd., hereby give notice on the 17th day of March 1989, it appointed Brian Mayo-Smith and Deborah Jane Riordan as joint receivers of Felicity Holdings Ltd’s property.

The offices of the receivers is care of Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland (P.O. Box 2219).

The property in respect of which the receivers have been appointed is all of Felicity Holdings Ltd’s undertakings, property and assets including uncalled capital wheresoever situated.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

(in receivership), hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of March 1989, it appointed Donald Leroy Francis and Ian McGregor Robertson, chartered accountants whose offices are at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Southpac House, 1 Victoria Street, Wellington, as receivers and managers of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 20th day of December 1988. The receivers have been appointed in respect of the premises (being all its undertaking, property, assets and effects both present and future, including unpaid calls, unpaid and uncancelled capital, both present and future) charged under the above debenture.
