Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and to vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.
