Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreational ground for the common use and benefit of the Hinerangi Hapu.

Declaring Railway Land at Te Rapa to be Disposed of and Vested in the Hamilton City Council for Refuse Disposal Works, Reserving an Easement in Gross for a Railway Siding
1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be disposed of and vested in the Hamilton City Council for Refuse Disposal Works; reserving an easement in gross for a railway siding described in the Second Schedule hereto over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto.

South Auckland Land District—Hamilton City
Land to be disposed of and vested in the Hamilton City Council for Refuse Disposal Works.
2.3506 hectares being parts Allotments 7 and 8, Te Rapa Parish, situated in Block XII, Komakorau, and Block I, Hamilton, Survey Districts; shown marked ‘B’ on plan L.O. 34930 (S.O. 55928), lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.
Second Schedule
Railway Siding Easement in Gross
The full free and unrestricted right, liberty and licence for the New Zealand Railways Corporation its servants agents and workmen to lay railway lines on and over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and to operate free of cost railway traffic over and along such railway lines and to maintain repair and replace the said railway lines as may from time to time be necessary together with the further right to the New Zealand Railways Corporation its agents and workmen to enter upon and on the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of carrying out such maintenance repair and replacement.

Land subject to a Railway Siding Easement in Gross.
Part Allotment 7, Te Rapa Parish situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District; shown marked ‘A’ on plan L.O. 34930 (S.O. 55928), lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.
