Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor,
Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice
dated the 9th day of December 1988 and published in the New
Zealand Gazette, 12 January 1989, No. 1, page 24, declaring
land for the purposes of a primary school (accessway) by
deleting the following:

"5 square metres"

and substituting the following:

"4 square metres".
