Notice is hereby given, that a statement of claim to wind up A & M Yusuf Limited was on the 17th day of February 1989, presented to the High Court of New Zealand, Palmerston North Registry by Raymond Thomas Harris and James Henry Harris, trustees in the estate of Henry James Harris; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Palmerston North on the 20th day of March 1989 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

They are the general and special partners in the special partnership conducting business under the name or style of Kerrimuir Orchards Limited and Company. That the original partners were Gordon Alexander McDonald and Anthony John McPherson and those partners transferred part of their shares in the partnership to the special partners named and described in the Schedule in May and June of 1984. The existing special partners are those mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
