Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the building line condition contained in Order in Council 2208 and the sewerage and drainage rights (in gross) created by transfer 309846, for a technical institute, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
