Amending Notice Declaring Land Acquired for the Use, Enjoyment and Convenience of a Road in Block IX, Waimea Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of December 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 January 1989, No. 10 at page 311, declaring Land Acquired for the Use, Enjoyment and Convenience of a Road in Block IX, Waimea Survey District by deleting the reference to certificate of title 5C/999, for the land first described and substituting the reference to certificate of title 5C/1199.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block XII, Belmont Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of July 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 July 1988, No. 118 at page 2736, declaring road to be stopped in Block XII, Belmont Survey District, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following.

Wellington Land District

All that piece of road containing 2243 square metres, situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Lot 1, D.P. 17097; shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 35382, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Declaring Land to be Road in Block XVI, Kopuaranga Survey District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Property Officer, Department of Lands, Wellington, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and shall vest in The Masterton County Council on the 23rd day of February 1989.

Declaring Land to be Acquired for Road, and in Connection with Road and Road to be Stopped in Block IX, Belmont Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with road and the land in both Schedules shall vest in the Lower Hutt City Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, 117 and 120 (3) the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby stopped and shall vest in the Hutt Golf Club Incorporated (and shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificates of title, volume 405, folio 227, Wellington Land Registry).
