Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Taumarunui Borough Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Land Acquired in Connection with a State Primary School and a Drainage Easement over Land Acquired for a State Primary School in Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands hereby declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a State primary school and the land described in the Second Schedule and a right to drain water over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said Second Schedule, containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 3 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for a State primary school and the said land and easement shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of February 1989.
