Revocation of a Notice Relating to Reservation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Acting Deputy Director-General of Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice reserving land as a recreation reserve for racecourse purposes, dated the 1st day of August 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 August 1986, No. 123, page 3323.
