Appointment of the Chairman of the East Coast Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 32 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

Ian Bramwell Thomas, Acting District Court Judge of Gisborne

to be a member and Chairman of the East Coast Licensing Committee on and from the date hereof vice Phillip Terence Rice, District Court Judge, transferred.

I, Thomas Edwin Law, Senior Advisory Officer (Harbours Management), pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950 and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby appoint

and hereby revoke the appointments of

Peter Minshull Kershaw* as a supervising officer for the Ministry of Transport, Northern Region;
