Pursuant to the Regulations Act 1936, notice is hereby given of the making of regulations as under:

If two or more copies ordered, the remittance should cover the cash price and the maximum charge for the total value of purchases as follows:

Nursing Council of New Zealand

Nurses Act 1977

Order of the Nursing Council in Disciplinary Session Order in Respect of Registered Psychiatric Nurse — Edward George Murray

In exercise of its powers under section 42 (1) (b), 42 (2) (a), 42 (3), 42 (9) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 15 September 1989, ordered that the name of the above nurse be removed from the Register; that he pay $500 (or 25 percent of costs whichever is the lesser) toward the cost and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the council; that no time is fixed after which he may apply to have his name restored to the Register; that a notice stating the effect of the order be published in the Gazette, and the New Zealand Nursing Journal.
