Declaring Railway Land at New Plymouth to be Disposed of and Vested in the New Plymouth District Council for a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of and vested in The New Plymouth District Council for a recreation reserve.

Maori Affairs Act 1953

A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, is respectfully advised to sign this Proclamation declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised of a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court of New Zealand, Taitokerau District by Order dated the 31st day of August 1978, to be road and to be vested in The Far North District Council (Kawakawa) formerly the Bay of Islands County Council.

All that piece of land known as Pt. Otaha 4F, containing 2.5836 hectares, more or less, situated in Block II and III, Kenikeni Survey District and as is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 63592, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland.
