Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 1
It is noted that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 20 September 1989 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 Postmans Road to State Highway 18 junction near Albany for a width of 13 metres on the western side across the frontages of: (a) Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 114649 (certificate of titles 65B/168 and 2690, (b) Lot 2, D.P. 90890 (certificate of title 48B/59) as more particularly shown on sheets 1 of plan 10/24/1/3, 10/24/1/4 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is noted that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 20 September 1989 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 Palls Bridge to Waikworth section for half its width on the eastern side commencing at the boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 127008 and extending in a southerly direction for 500 metres across the frontage of the said Lot 1, Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 127008 and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 92873, certificate of titles 74A/615, 74A/616, 79B/955 as more particularly shown on sheets 1 of plan LA 10/20/2/5 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
