Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on 17th day of October 1989, an application for the winding up of Value Added Tax Services Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Wednesday, the 6th day of December 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is The Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of the Crown Solicitor, T. M. Gresson, 12 The Terrace, Timaru.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland was, on the 25th day of October 1989, presented to the said Court by Stephen Arthur Dickens, jeweller of 25B Shakespeare Road, Mairangi Bay, Whangaparaoa, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 29th day of November 1989 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
