Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
New Zealand Factors Ltd. ("NZFL") with reference to Skin Jeans Ltd. (formerly Interim Inn Corporation (No. 7) Ltd.), hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of November 1989, NZFL appointed Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and John Joseph Cregen, chartered accountants, whose office is at Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, National Mutual Building, Shortland Street, Auckland, as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertaking of Skin Jeans Ltd., pursuant to the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of October 1987 and at law.
Dated this 15th day of November 1989.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955
DFC Financial Services Ltd. (under statutory management), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to Knight Tailors Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of November 1989, it appointed Messrs Michael Patrick Fenton and Roger Neil Wilson, both of Invercargill, chartered accountants, whose office is at the firm of Messrs Peat Marwick, corner Spey and Devon Streets, Invercargill, to be receivers of all the undertaking property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 9th day of June 1988 and given by this company to DFC Financial Services Ltd. (under statutory management).
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present and future including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, the 29th day of November 1989 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
