A Right of Convey Water Acquired for Irrigation Purposes, Near Kerikeri

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of convey water containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the agreement dated the 23rd day of August 1989, between the Crown and Peter Wilberforce Lock of Kerikeri, farmer and Jeanne Alma Lock, his wife, a copy of which may be perused at the office of the Department of Lands at Auckland and identified by No. 25/30/61 is acquired over the land described in the Schedule, for irrigation purposes which shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.
