Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

In the matter of notice of appointment of receiver under section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of City Plumbers Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Whangarei:

Notice is hereby given that ASB Bank Ltd. (formerly known as ASB Bank) pursuant to a debenture in its favour dated 2 May 1988, has appointed Messrs Stephen Michael Sudbury of Whangarei and Keith Raymond Smith of Auckland, both chartered accountants, as joint and several receivers and managers of City Plumbers Ltd.’s property, on 25 October 1989, pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture.

The offices of the receivers and managers are care of Spicer and Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Metropolitan Life Building, 111–122 Bank Street, Whangarei.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed is all of the City Plumbers Ltd.’s undertakings, property and assets including all uncalled capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to M. J. & F. A. Bramley Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 25th day of October 1989, the bank appointed Donald Ross Green and John Russell Forsyth, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Civic Centre, The Square, Palmerston North, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 12th day of August 1980.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
