In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of a scheme submitted to the Attorney-General by the trustees of the Margaret Watt Orphans Home:

Take notice that the trustees of the Margaret Watt Orphans Home have applied to the High Court at Whangarei for approval of a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

Particulars of the scheme are as follows;

The original deed of trust was executed on 2 February 1880 by William Hogg Watt to establish the Margaret Watt Orphans Home as a home for orphans and children in need. The powers given to the trustees and the rules under which the home was to operate reflected the conditions and social climate of the time but it has become necessary, in view of the trustees, to modernise the provisions so as to cater for the
