Project Construction Ltd. (in receivership and liquidation)

The official assignee has reported to the High Court the results of the first meetings of creditors and contributories of the above-named company as regards the nomination of a liquidator and a committee of inspection.

Notice is hereby given that the Court has fixed Tuesday, the 31st day of October 1989 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon at the High Court of Auckland, for the consideration of such report and that application will be made for order appointing Stephen Robert Patrick, chartered accountant of Auckland as liquidator and a committee of inspection consisting of Peter Win, credit controller, Lynne Nodder, group credit manager and Kim Sword, credit manager, all of Auckland.

Any creditor or contributory is entitled to be heard.
