Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of an Incorporated Society by the Court
Take notice that on the 5th day of October 1989, an application for the winding up of Hapainga Contract Work Scheme Trust by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, the 11th day of December 1989 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is The Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of P J Smith, Crown Solicitor, Marsden Woods, Inskeep & Smith, Solicitors, 122 Bank Street (P.O. Box 146 or DX 10010), Whangarei.
