Milk Act 1988

Minimum Standards—Opotiki Home Delivery District

In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby amends the notice dated 23 November 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 December 1988, No. 206, page 5179, by omitting in respect of frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers in the Borough of Opotiki the reference to 7 days per week and substituting 3 days per week, no two of which are to be consecutive.

This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Minimum Standards—Kaitaia Home Delivery District

In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby amends the notice dated 9 December 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 1988, No. 214, page 5370, by:

  1. omitting in respect of frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers the references to Herekino, Broadwood and Kohukohu.

  2. omitting in respect of time of delivery the references to Herekino, Broadwood and Kohukohu.

  3. omitting in respect of the time of delivery to Mangamuka the reference to commencing at 2 a.m. and substituting commencing at 6 a.m.

This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Estate Protection, Policy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Gisborne Land District—Opotiki District—Waioeka Gorge Scenic Reserve

315 square metres, more or less, being part Section 1, S.O. 8256, (formally part Section 1), situated in Block XI, Waioeka Survey District. Part certificate of title 98/156. Shown marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 8256.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hokianga County Council on the 23rd day of August 1989:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hokianga County Council, hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said county in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a Local Purpose (Information Centre) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.
