Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Lands, Auckland, declares:

(i) the portion of stopped road firstly described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining land taken for a public school described in the Second Schedule hereto, and

(ii) the portion of stopped road secondly described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining local purposes reserve (Esplanade) described in the Third Schedule hereto.
