Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road and in Connection with a Road in Hokianga County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Lands at Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of February 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 21st day of April 1988, No. 67, page 1594, acquiring land for road and in connection with a road pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land described in the First Schedule thereto the words “2 O 2 Block” and substituting the words “2 O 2E Block” and by deleting from the legal description of the land firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule thereto the words “202 Block” and substituting the words “2 O 2E Block”.
