Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Stapway No. 32 Ltd. with reference to Cita Services Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of September 1989, the company appointed Peter Charles Chatfield and Laurence George Chilcott, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Smith Chilcott & Co., Chartered Accountants, General Buildings, 27 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of April 1988, in favour of Westpac Banking Corporation and assigned to Stapway No. 32 Ltd. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

BNZ Finance Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington ("the debenture holder"), hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of September 1989, it appointed Grahame Jeffory Woodd and Kim Scott Thompson, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the undertaking, property and assets (including the goodwill, stock, chattels and debtors) charged by a debenture dated the 3rd day of September 1987 given by Spruce Drycleaners Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder.
