Mangonui County Council

Notice of Intention to Take Land

Take notice that the Mangonui County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to take an area of land being 7.4095 hectares, being the land in plan No. S.O. 509862, deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland, more particularly being part of the land contained and described in certificate of title, Volume 52B, folio 505 and situated at Ryder Road, Taipa.

The purpose for which the land is to be taken is for sewerage treatment. The reasons why the taking of the land is considered essential is it is the only suitable land available in the area.

Any person who wishes to object to the taking of the land may object to the taking of the said land but must do so within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
