Land Acquired for a Teacher’s Residence at OEO

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a teacher’s residence and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
