Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a place of historic and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of Ngati Horomoana in particular and Whanau-a-Apanui in general.

All that piece of land situated in Block II, Tokata Survey District and described as follows:

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land at Aramoho to be Road Vested in the Wanganui City Council

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Wanganui City Council.
