Electricity Act 1968

Notice of Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Electrical Code of Safety Practice 1984

Pursuant to section 24C (3) of the Electricity Act 1968, I, David Butcher, Minister of Energy, give notice that, being satisfied that sufficient consultation has already taken place with such persons as will be affected, did approve on the 1st day of September 1989, Amendment No. 1 to the Electrical Code of Safety Practice 1984.

This amendment shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1989.
