Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act Notices

Direction of the Registrar

Pursuant to Section 139 (1) of the New Zealand Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982

Under the provisions of section 139 (1) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, I hereby direct that the Te Teko Credit Union be prohibited from all the following activities until this direction is withdrawn:

All provisions as outlined in section 139 (1) (a) to (e) of the Act.

Declaration Revoking the Dissolution of a Society

I, Mohan Alex Paul, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving Ski One Fifty Incorporated I.S H.N. 212492, was made in error and that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
