I, John Dale Earles, Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington hereby give notice pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that on the 12th day of July 1989, the Honourable Justice Jeffries on the application of The Mother Aubert Home of Compassion Trust Board approved a scheme under Part III of the Act extending the powers of the trustees and varying the mode of administering the properties and affairs of a trust established by deed of trust dated 21 April 1917.
