Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Cathedral Square, Christchurch, Set Apart for a Post Office

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of August 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 August 1989, No. 140, page 3514, declaring land to be set apart for a post office by adding the following words to the Schedule:

“as to the land secondly described, subject to and together with the grant of easement created by transfer 72897 and the grant of easements created by transfer 239479 and, as to the land thirdly described subject to and together with a right of way easement registered in the Deeds Register Office as No. 103687 (163 D 105) and 103700 (163 D 107) the easement created by transfer 220187 and an easement in gross created by transfer 809254/1.”
