Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Lands, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Mangonui County Council.

Pursuant to section 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Lands at Auckland, declares:

(i) The portion of stopped road firstly described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining local purpose reserve (site for a playcentre) described in the Second Schedule hereto, and

(ii) The portion of stopped road secondly described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining recreation reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land being parts Allotment 49, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland. Part balance of the land reserved for recreation purposes by Gazette notice B.050764.1, North Auckland Land Registry.
