Road Realignment in Rotorua District

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 31st day of May 1989, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 June 1989, No. 102, at page 2610, by omitting the words “Section 1, S.O. Plan 51887” from paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Section 2, S.O. Plan 51887”.
