Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Trophy Developments Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of August 1989, the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Smith Chilcott & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ground Floor, General Building, 27 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 5th day of October 1987. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to D & W Wholesale Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of August 1989, the bank appointed Keith Raymond Smith and Brian Mayo-Smith, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Level 8, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 7th day of February 1974. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Foodstuffs (Otago-Southland) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, being the holder of a debenture in its favour bearing date the 15th day of February 1988 and registered in the office of the Registrar of Companies at Invercargill on the 26th day of February 1988,

hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of August 1989, it appointed Graham Stuart Dick of Invercargill, chartered accountant and Lindsay Alexander McIntyre of Invercargill, chartered accountant, both of whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, 160 Spey Street, Invercargill, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of the company under the powers contained in the said debenture.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property, both present and future, including its uncalled capital (whether original or increased).

Notice is hereby given that Bank of New Zealand pursuant to a debenture in its favour from Sabre Swords Ltd. (the "company"), bearing the date 23 July 1987, has appointed Peter John Morgan Taylor and Kingi Wiinata Smiler, both chartered accountants of Wellington, jointly as receivers and managers of the property of the company on 16 August 1989, pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture.

The offices of the receivers and managers are care of Arthur Young, Chartered Accountants, BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street (P.O. Box 490), Wellington.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets, wheresoever situate, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital.
