Pursuant to sections 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifthly described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 5 and the land sixthly described in the Schedule is taken for the purposes of section 119, all of which shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
