Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Works, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart for road.

Road Realignment in Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule is taken for the purposes of section 21 of the Public Works Act 1981. The land in both Schedules shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay County Council on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
