Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose reserve, subject to the provisions of section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of Reservation

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Resource, Use and Recreation Policy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be transferred within The Pukekohe Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such transfer to be paid into the council’s reserves trust account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

255 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 27648 and part Lot 3, D.P. 4626, situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District. Part certificate of title 19C/672. Shown marked B on S.O. Plan 63762.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whangarei County Council on the 18th day of April 1989:

"That, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the land described as 266 square metres being Lot 2 on L.T. Plan 128059, which is a subdivision of the land in certificate of title 329/88 (situated in Vale Road, Whangarei) be hereby declared to be Local Purpose Reserve (Accessway)."

Amendment to a Notice Declaring That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Otago Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice declaring land in Dunedin City to be reserve dated 13 July 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 July 1989, No. 125, page 3102, by omitting from the said notice “All certificate of title 329/88” and inserting in its place “Part certificate of title 329/88”.
