Cancellation of Registration as a Teacher
Pursuant to section 135 (1) of the Education Act 1964, the name of
John Douglas Milne
has been removed from the teachers register and his teachers certificate and registration have been cancelled.

Hutt Valley Polytechnic Amendment Notice 1989
Pursuant to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Associate Minister of Education as a member of the Executive Council of New Zealand gives the following notice.
Notice
- (1) This notice shall be cited as the Hutt Valley Polytechnic Amendment Notice 1989 and shall be read together and deemed part of the Hutt Valley Polytechnic Notice 1977* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette.

Clause 3 of the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking paragraph (i) and substituting the following paragraph:
(i) One member who shall be a student of the Hutt Valley Polytechnic and who shall be appointed by the Hutt Valley Polytechnic Students’ Association.
