Martin Pugh of Auckland, company director with reference to Interstellar Nite Clubs (Auckland) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of July 1989, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 13th day of February 1989. The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Barclays New Zealand Ltd., pursuant to a debenture in its favour bearing date 26 March 1987, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Peter William Young as receiver and manager of the property of Resinart Plastics Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch (the “company”) under the powers contained in the said debenture on the 28th day of July 1989.
