Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of July 1989, Australian Guarantee Corporation (NZ) Ltd., appointed Messrs Paul Richard Preston and Stuart Earl Bauld, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Camryde Industries Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of December 1988 given by that company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Second Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.

The Auckland Maritime Foundation with reference to Marina Restaurant Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of July 1989 it appointed Kim Rowland Powell and Stephen Robert Patrick, both accountants, whose offices are at Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Insolvency Practitioners, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 1st day of September 1988. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
