Cornwall Park Bylaws Empowering Bill

Notice of Private Bill

The Cornwall Park Trust Board (Inc.), hereby gives notice of its intention to apply for leave to introduce the above-mentioned private bill during the present session of Parliament.

The objects of the bill are:

  1. To empower the Cornwall Park Trust Board to make by-laws with respect to Cornwall Park.
  2. To deem certain by-laws purported to be made pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 by the Board to be valid and remain valid until replaced by new by-laws.

These objects cannot be attained otherwise than by legislation.

The promoter of the bill is the Cornwall Park Trust Board (Inc).

Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to Messrs Phillips Nicholson, Solicitors, Fourteenth Floor, Quay Tower, corner Customs and Albert Streets, Auckland (P.O. Box 160, Auckland 1).

A copy of the bill may be inspected at the offices set out below during normal office hours on any working day:

(a) At the offices of the Secretary of the Cornwall Park Trust Board (Inc) at the New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, 105 Queen Street, Auckland;

(b) At the office of the District Court, Auckland.

Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session Order In Respect of Registered Psychiatric Nurse β€” Richard Tilsley Dickson

In exercise of its powers under section 42 (1) (A), 42 (2) (b), 42(3) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 13 June 1989 ordered that the above nurse be censured; that he pay $375 toward the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the council or 25% of the costs (whichever is the lesser); and that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the Gazette and the New Zealand Nursing Journal.
