Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of July 1989 Countrywide Banking Corporation Ltd. and Countrywide Finance Ltd., appointed Messrs Russell Stuart Hay and Rodney Gane Pardingdon, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Freemans Afloat Ltd. under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 27th day of June 1988 given by that company.
